The WCTE invites the delegates of WCTE 2023 to take a stroll through the WCTE pavilion, the WCTE 3D-log installation, and a student pilot project called "Nordic Ocean Watch."

Minister of Agriculture and Food Sandra Borch opened the 13th World Conference on Timber Engineering 2023. The Mayor of Oslo Marianne Borgen gave a greetings to the conference. The conference Chair Professor Kjell Arne Malo gave the 900 participants a welcome presentation.
WCTE 2023-logo Installation
The WCTE logo is a 3-dimensional piece of wood, which by twisting one and the same piece becomes all four letters W - C - T - E. As a visual contribution to the city of Oslo, the WCTE 2023 logo is placed as an installation, in the middle of the water mirror at Anne Cath. Vestlys Plass, in front of Deichman Bjørvika, Oslo's main library.
